New Ryzen 1600 build won't post

New build won't post and keeps restarting about every 20 seconds. Already reseated everything, checked RAM modules, checked power connectors, reset CMOS. Not my first build but I can't seem to figure out what the problem is with this one. Beep code of 3 beeps.

Ryzen 5 1600
ASRock AB350 Pro 4
Corsair CX 600W PSU
8 GB 2x4 Corsair Vengeance 2400mhz

3 beeps indicates "Basic memory 64K address check error" so something is wrong with your RAM.

This does not necessarily indicate a mismatch but check they are compatible and listed on the MB QVL. Can be a failing module that maybe not seated correctly or contamination in the RAM slot.
Try with just one module in the first slot then switch them around. If one fails return the full kit under RMA.

Thank you will try when I get another chance after I'm off work. I wasn't able to track down a beep code list for this mobo at all after quite some time looking for one so I appreciate the help.
