Oldest part is about a year and a half old everything else is about a year old

I'd sell the parts individually, simply because some of the parts are way higher quality than others. Parts like the cooler, motherboard, RAM, GPU, case, and even the hard drives are easier to sell as they can be used in a wide range of scenarios, not just saddled with a 9590. Plus, it's hard to ever recommend a rig with a mystery PSU; it's the PC version of taking pills you find lying around in an unmarked container.
