Solution
1. you can upgrade to a 500w power supply, make sure to get one with at least 1 or 2 pcie 6+2 pin on it.
2. you seem to have a full cases system so any video card should fit height wise, I would though recommend to measure the slot are length to make sure the video card you are looking to buy actually fits lengthwise inside your case.
3. if your Bios is UEFI and not old style BIOS looking, then you can go to 1050ti easily. if not them probably be force at a 750ti at best
3a) if you looking at a GT730 then the subject is close, ye sit will run on your system it uses like 45-60w and only need 300w power supply to run it.

suggestions;
upgrade to 4GB DDR3-1333 (that is the max your board will accept anyways, but will make you gaming a lot...

For starters, if you want to play newer games, you are going to need a much bigger hard drive. 320GB is nowhere near enough, as most games are at least 60GB on their own, if not more. Now, if you do install a new power supply in that system, it will give you the needed power to run a graphics card, but, due to the age of the system, your motherboard may not even support it. You will need to build or buy pretty much an entirely new, and updated, system if you want to play decent games on it.

Upgrade you Cpu to a Q9550 will help a great deal when playing games. it is literally twice as powerful
