what do you mean unstable and why are the cpu and motherboard not worth much i bought them for like 400 in total i would have thought with all of the items i could get at least 1k maybe 1.3k.

Easy to cross check prices. Goto Ebay. look at used parts. Take a little off since the ones you are have not sold yet. Take a little more off if you do not have a seller rep.

Parts that overclock, and are known to need voltage and run hot ( 220W TDP ) like the FX-9590 are risky to buy used, so you will likely see low prices for them. (compared to for example an intel i7-4770 non-K which likely never saw voltage or heat because it cannot be OC'ed).

Final thoughts, the GTX 1060 Founders Edition is in high demand by crypto currency people. Thats 6GB, likely still $200+ used on ebay.

Maybe $400-$450

CPU+motherboard - essentially worthless. Maybe $125 to some sucker
RAM - $75
PSU - $50
Drives - Depending on exactly which 3TB, $50 for the pair
GPU - $200
Case - can only sell local. Shipping would kill you. $35
