Best (£300) i7 Processor? LGA1150 socket

looking to buy a new processor as my i5 4460 isn't as fast as id like, it's bottlenecking my 1070 founders and im not reaching the full potential of my gpu. I'd like to spend about £300 ($400). What are my best options? I've got an LGA1150 socket on my ASRock mobo.

i7-4790K is the best CPU for LGA 1150. It would probably be better cost-wise to find a good used one from a reliable seller that has some type of warranty/return policy in case there is something wrong with it. But that's up to you.
