New WD 2TB Black hard drive added to my secondary hard drive, and I completely installed the Star Craft II inside. When playing the game after half hour, the game no responding and the hard drive disappear from my computer, even I restart my system and enter the Bios cannot found the hard drive. But when I turn off my power supply and turn on again it shows up again. I had used the HD tune to make a check, it said no wrong tunnel, and I send my computer to customer services to made a check still nothing wrong. I don't know whats happen on my computer. The old 1TB hard drive is working well, and the my secondary hard drive I tried change the cable, but not works.

Solution
Yes. Something else must have been wrong with the original HDD.

And apparently some problem that was not detectable or included in the diagnostic assessment.

Hope the "new one" (HDD) works well.

From the testing it shows everything are green. I don't know whats happen on it. I bought a same new HDD replace it. If the new one works well that means this HDD has an unknown error.

Normally 2TB HDD initialization is using GPT or MBR?

You'll want GPT. You technically could use MBR, but MBR is an old format for legacy BIOS before the newer, more user-friendly BIOS interface known as UEFI. This normally only truly matters for drives over 2.2 TB, because MBR cannot see drives as more than this size, so if you had a 3 or 4TB drive you'd need to format it as GPT to get the full capacity of the drive.
