is this GPU clock speed normal

my Asus Geforce GTX1060 dual 6Gb is shows that it only goes to 633mhz glock even under 100% usage even though i manually switch the boost clock to be 1810Mhz

Here is all my specs amd fx8370
ASUS Dual gtx1060 6gb
8Gb hyperx ddr3
Motherboard is asus m5a97 LE R2.0
1tb HDD
120Gb ssd
and a chieftec 500w power supply

Based on those specs, I'd be concerned it's a power issue.
That's a 125W TDP CPU, 120W GPU, say 50W for the balance of the components, that's ~300W on a Chieftec PSU.

Chieftec units are generally junk, and rarely capable of close to the wattage advertised.

Well i was going to get a ryzen and a new mb soon anyways so looks like i will get a better power supply aswell what would you recommend for those same specs but with ddr4 and a ryzen 5 1600

it appears that gpu tweak was bugged and didnt show over 633mhz while its really running at 1940mhz but i still dont understand why my games run so poorly like i saw a video where someone played PUBG with ultra setting at 60+fps whit the same specs as i have but i can only play with very low so i can get a stable 60fps
