would 430w PSU be enough to power my system that I'm thinking about building because when I was designing it on pc part picker it said it recommended only about 350-375, but I thought that this was too low or is okay to just get by with, here are the specs:
gtx 1070
ryzen 7 1700
ASRock - AB350M Pro4 Micro ATX
16 GB ddr4-2400
1 TB hard drive
Cooler Master - MasterBox Lite 3.1 MicroATX Mid Tower Case
and a 430-watt power supply

I know that I should probably spend more on storage, like an SSD but I plan to upgrade that in the future as right now I only really want performance and I'm not too bothered about boot times, also the case is cheap but its pretty :)
please excuse me for my stupid choice in picking parts
- Thank you

Depends on the exact power supply.
In general no if you had one that could actually hold up to 430 watts without popping in theory it could run that and be in the 75% area of full load without overclocking.

Partspicker does not recommend watts they only list a Estimated watt draw of the PC.
You really need to buy a good quality 500/550 Watt power supply.
