I am going to purchase this PC on Black Friday, are there any alternative parts I can replace in this list for ones that are on sale?

Hi, if you are not on a budget, get the i5-8600k, 6 core for about the same price.
Kaby lake is already "obsolete" 4 core

looks good, what about storage? do you already have an SSD and HDD?
get faster RAM for the k series chip and z270 motherboard.

IDK about what the sales are expected but a suggestion. get a coffee lake chip if you can. 2 more cores is worth more than overclockability IMHO
