Which case fan is better?

The 2nd one has more airflow and with less noise.

I prefer Noctua or Fractal Design. I think they are quieter. I also prefer 140mm, if you can fit that.

I had access to 4-5 and the Noctua and Fractal design were the least annoying. The Fractal might be quieter, but the sound from the Noctua was at a frequency which unlike most of the fans I tested could not be heard outside the case. The fans on the NH-d15s is slightly more annoying but quieter than the ones on the older nh-d15. When I added case fans I added two more Noctuas. The extra 5-10 bucks I paid for them is chump change for a silent PC which stays silent.

Sound is a personal experience. One sound you love an another one might hate.

I would not arguee that the Noctua fans are bad, just the opposite.
But from what I have seen less people are complaining about the sound the SW makes compared to the Noctua.
