How Much FPS Can I Get In CS:GO??

I'am building a new PC, so that i can play CS:GO with more that 200 fps. Specs:
intel core i3 7100
Nvidia gtx 1050 ti 2gb ram
6gb ram
I'd like to know about about medium/low res and settings!

I'm currently running at around 120-150 FPS with everything on lowest and I have an old Q6600 (quad) at 2.4 ghz and a GT 730 2GB gddr5 with 4x2 gb ddr2 ram.
In my opinion cs:go is a game about reactions and how fast you see the enemy is way more important than how high res he is so I would never play with something else than lowest settings no matter the build. Yes it might be unnoticeable after a certain number of FPS but smoother is better, imo.

You should also specify if it's ddr2 or ddr3.

Update : I have to buy myself another motherboard because the one i have does not support these parts, so i decided to buy: PentiumG4600 (cpu) 4-8 ram and MSI Radeon RX 550 2GT LP OC (gpu)
How about fps? Low res and settings (CS:GO)

im pretty sure that you can have your fps always above 150 with 720p and low
