What I should do now returne this card or what

Someone forgot to clean

You can RMA it ofc if you want. Or you can do a test fit and see if it works, if it does you can clean it and use it.

I myself would have sent it back and gotten a new one since... well its brand new and should not look like that out of the box. Even if it is a quick wipe with a cloth.

It seems like I remember spots like that being on a Gigabyte Aorus RX 570 I had earlier this year. I just wiped it with isopropyl alcohol and used it without issue.

I would return it then. That's an expensive GPU to have flaws, cosmetic or not.

For goodness sake- try cleaning it first before you go through all the trouble of returning it. I have the exact same card. Use alcohol and a paper towel. Plus, I don't believe that you can't return it once you test it. How else are you supposed to know if it works???

A) I would return a card that expensive even if it has a slight smudge on it
B) Nobody can possibly know that you tested it
C) I think you are just trolling. And, we all just fed you
D) If C is not true, return the card, take back your money and convince the guy to buy you a pizza
E) Enjoy that pizza and buy a new graphics card from reputed sources
F) Enjoy that gaming

The choice of what to do with the card is yours. Personally I'd test it and if it works clean it off. It's obviously already been unboxed so dropping it in a running shouldn't be hard.
Any seller that says a tested card can't be returned is not a reputable seller.

Do you somehow think posting more photos will change the advice given?
Your options are simply:

Test the card and just clean it if works and if it doesn't work rma or return it.

If you want to be anal about some spots contact the seller and return it.

Continuing to post pics and complaining isn't going to do anything except maybe get you labelled as a troll.
