Ok so I was looking on steam at rainbow six siege and it showed requirements to play the game and I saw it said that I need a direct x type of sound card and I don't know if my motherboard comes with sound or not so I need advice do I need I sound card https://pcpartpicker.com/user/TheRealNas/saved/ZDD7hM

your fine. the motherboard has an audio solution that is more than the specs call for.
enjoy the game.
if you use a USB headset it has an audio solution inside that will work too.

No you dont, and if you do want better sound then I would suggest a desktop DAC (digital to audio) and Amp over a sound card anyway.
