Hey there

I'm gonna build a 1060 6 gb with this settings

Cpu i5 3300
Mobo h61m-c
Ssd don't know which one
Cpu cooler = stock cooler
Gpu = 1060 6 gb
ram 8 gb don't know the mhz
Themaltake 600 w smartseries 80 plus

Will my cpu bottleneck my gpu ?

I suggest you learn this stuff. It is not hard.

You will have to:
1. Learn this stuff
2. pay someone to do this stuff for you.
3. Buy a far more powerful PC to make up for lazy skills.
4. Accept compromised performance due to a poor PC tune.

Yes. You will need to do the normal smart stuff.

empty %temp% and %windir%\temp from time to time.
If you have a HD (not a SSD) then you should run chkdsk /f/r (from a dos window) once every other month or so.
If you have a HD (not a SSD) then you should defrag your HD every month or so.
You should run malwarebytes anti-malware every week.
You should game with no applications running (chrome is very bad multi-tasker, for example).
You should check what start with your PC with Sysinternals Autoruns (free from Microsoft)

A well tuned PC is key to fun smooth gaming.
