Hi guys, I'm planning on building a new gaming PC. But I don't have too much experience with it. So I was just wondering if you could help me with my build. I have picked parts for the build, but just need help with if they are good or not.
I would also like to know if that I should bother with the K version CPU or not, and also if i should bother with a 1070 or just get a 1060 GPU.

Below are the parts i have picked out.

Solution
Okay, a few things to change.

i5-7600K is 7th-gen Intel, 8th-gen is out now so go with that instead. As far as K series, it's not necessary. But if you wan to overclock get a Z series motherboard.

What resolution/refresh rate monitor will you be using?

I would suggest a different/better power supply.

I started a list on PCPartPicker for you. You can edit/change/save it if you want. It's an easy way to keep up with stuff and find good prices.

But monitor resolution/refresh rate may determine GPU and CPU. If you did want to go K series you would need a good CPU cooler, and unless you go with a liquid cooler I would get a bigger case to fit a tall air cooler.

Solution
Intel was in a rush to get out new competing products to compete with AMD AM4 platform. There are only the high end Z370 Chipset models for 8th Generation Intel CPUs currently available. They are about $270 in Australia

Your selection of the B250 Chipset model is more of a business class model that does not have BIOS option features for a "k" CPU. A Z270 Chip model should be used with a "k" model CPU..

So i won't be overclocking so, i will just get the i5 7600 instead of the K. But with my graphics card, im not sure if i should get the 1060 or pay the extra and get the 1070, as im not sure what the difference will be. I will most likely be playing on a 144hz refresh rate monitor.
