Any Ideas on how to save money on my build

Solution
I swapped out a few of the parts for as good but cheaper versions. Except for the ram. It is both faster and cheaper.
I added an m.2 disk for your OS. So you have an OS disk and an APPS disk. This is faster and your OS disk lives much longer. Also suggest adding a backup disk (assuming you have one).

bu-bu-but, i like that case. And That monitor was the G sync IPS monitor i can find. Plus nice aesthetics. And for the PSU, the GPU requires a minimum 600w power supply, so i just wanted to be safe.

When you say backup disk to you mean like a hdd? I thought about getting a hdd and running raid one with the ssd. But i found that it would just slow down the SSD. is there a way to have the SSD get backed up to the HDD regularly without me having to manually do it. And i dont want compressed back ups or a buildup of backups. I want it to be an exact copy of my SSD. if i delete a program on my ssd it will delete on my hdd.

For a backup disk I mean a HDD. Do not raid SSD and HD. If you want a RAID use a mirror on the HDD. Then copy important files and images (like a disk image for quick restore, paragon, easus-todo, etc)
A script to backup the SSD or better still SSDs (see above notes for reasons to use two SSDs) can easily be scripted to backup new and changed files. If you use robocopy to backup your APPS disk with the /MIR flag you can set it to auto-delete any file that you delete on the SSD. I suggest you keep two copies. Folder 1 = never delete (full copy of every file ever on the SSD, and folder 2 = current files only. The full copy you do once a month. The identical copy you do daily. This way if a file is corrupt on the daily copy, you have a few days older one available as well.
But to backup the boot disk you need a backup program and the most reliable backup there is an imaging program.

Ok thank you. And for the M.2 is this one fine?

Or how bout this one?

Are these slower or less reliable?

But using it just as a boot drive, will i see an improvement if i use the intel m.2 instead of the samsung?
Also i dont plan on saving important files on this computer. Nothing that id hate to lose. So can i just save a system image of the boot drive with all the drivers and then use the rest of the space on hdd for pictures and stuff.

Sounds like a good plan on the backups. A system image is just a life saver. I don't backup games either. I have steam for that. But I do like to occasionally backup a game folder before I mod it.

I think the Samsung is a better drive and worth the extra $20.00. But I also think the Intel is a quality product.

Will the intel m.2 be a faster boot drive than the samsung 850evo 2.5?

Yes. But not faster than the Samsung m.2
