Fifa 18 on Windows 10

Guys I need a consult on whether to buy the GTX 1050 OC or add another 4gb of ram to play fifa 18.
Pc specs
i3 7100
4gigs of ddrr4
Intel hd 630 graphics.
I've increased the dvmt pre allocated on my bios to 1024 mb and and dvmt gfx to max. The game faces lag. I just need to know whether the game will run smoothly if I buy either the ram or the graphics card. Need your opinion on both.

Get the RAM and the Graphics card both as FIFA 18 runs on a new engine which is a bit resource intensive.
If you cant invest on both at this time, your first choice should be the graphic card as that it more important than the RAM for running FIFA 18.

Yeah that's what I was also thinking. And if I only buy my graphics card will it run without any lags ?... I'll upgrade my ram in a month or two.
The game loads and and skill games and all playable. But it stutters a lot when I play kick-off due to the ram shared by internal graphics. So I just wanna know will it run smoothly with the addition of my graphics card only.
