16 ram/32 ram

I have 4 slots on my motherboard and 4x8gb sticks.2 of them are hyperX Savage DDR3 1600 and last 2 hyperX Fury.When I shutdown/restart my computer it shows only 16 gb and if i pull out one of the sticks and I turn on my computer shows 32 gb and i can’t turn off my computer because I need to do this process again and again to play with 32 gb.
I’m using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
CPU:i7-4790k 4.0 Ghz
Motherboard:MSI Z97 Mpower
Can you help me please?

Hopefully the fury sticks are also ddr3 1600. Regardless, try removing all fury. If it reads correctly, put fury in and remove all Savage. If it also reads correctly you have a compatability issue. They will not play nice together.

I tried this and it shows correctly but even if I put toghether it shows 16gb.
The fury sticks are also ddr3 1600.
I searched on google and found someone with a similar problem that said it is a BIOS setting that would make to work.I hope it will work...

I don't know but I switched some of the settings at DRAM section and it works.I really don't know what I did xD.
