I think my Motherboard chip heat sink is too tall for my CPU heat sink

Hi, I'm considering buying the Deepcool gammaxx 200T but I think it's a bit too wide and might touch the mother board chip heat sink which is located right underneath the CPU.
Here is my Motherboard (the black 'ASUS' part under the CPU is the chip heat sink): https://www.asus.com/nz/Motherboards/P5LD2_SE/

I think it's fine. I think you can move the fan to the other side of heatsink in worst case scenario, but i'm almost sure it will be ok.
