Yesterday, for a moment there was a power outtge due to a storm (it was so fast that the PC didnt turn off only flickered) and i kept using it and everything was fine. afterwards i shut it down and went to sleep.
Today, when i turned it on it opened up the BIOS and i can’t find the SSD to boot windows (I have 2 other HDDs and they are the only option besides CDDVDW) I tried to change the cables and made sure they were firmly connected but the SSD doesnt show in the boot options.
I can’t find the CD for windows to do the repair.
motherboard: Asus prime Z270-A (version: 2.17.1246.)
SSD: kingston hyperX (dont remember the model but it’s 6~ years old)
I don’t understand anything in BIOS... What do I do? How to tell if the SSD is dead?
Thanks
