That thing is a no name item. I wouldn't trust it to get good performance. If you really want an LED heatsink. I would recommend buying a decent heatsink tower. Then install a good quality LED fan.

I would note. As I saw another post inquiring about RGB fans. You will need an RGB hub for all the RGB fans. There is the potential of running into RGB compatibility issues. I would suggest going with Corsair. As you can get a 3 pack of SP120 fans and an RGB controller hub. So, that you can add more Corsair RGB SP120 fans. Other Corsair RGB models should also work.

If you haven't bought anything yet. I would get an ASUS motherboard with Aura Sync or MSI motherboard with Mystic. That way you have more options for compatible RGB products. Products which can be controlled by the motherboard and use a single controller standard. That way you can mix and match Aura Sync or Mystic compatible RGB products. Most Aura Sync compatible devices are also Mystic compatible. The Corsair fans are not compatible with Aura or Mystic. Corsair uses it's own standard. I would only go with Corsair if you are stuck with the ASRock motherboard. Otherwise I would get the Coolermaster MasterFan Pro 120 Air Pressure RGB.

ASRock has a much smaller list of compatible RGB devices. Some off the shelf products can be made to work but requires rewiring.
