Need help with fan headers

I'm looking to switch my motherboard out, Msi 760gm p23, and I can't seem to get the fan headers unplugged. Can someone help? I'd like to remove them without damaging the board or wires if possible. Here is what I am working with: https://imgur.com/a/0NiLc

I just pull them out. But if you are very affraid of damage them in any form, then use a flat screwdriver you push the white holder that stands up (you see it on your brown fan plug in the picture) alittle back and pull the fan connector up at the same time.
Just dont push to hard on the white holder.
