Trick question. I have 2 Cpu Fans, both 92mm. Would a 1900rpm fan be as good as a 2800rpm fan??? bearing failing on cpu cooler

For some reason I have a brand new Cooler Master 92mm fan

Would it be okay to use this fan on this type of Cpu cooler???

The bearing is going bad on 1 fan on my "hyper d92" Cooler Master Cpu Cooler

Solution
Yes. In that case, the faster fan will move more air. Personally, I would prefer a stronger (more capable) CPU cooler than the one you have.

Would it be okay to use the 1900rpm fan until I get a new fan or cpu cooler?

Depends on price. Cryorig has some great alternatives to Noctua that are often cheaper for similar cooling.

At $43USD or so the Cryorig H5 Ultimate is an excellent value.

If you want/need even better cooling then also compare price vs performance with the Cryorig R1 Ultimate vs Noctua NH-D15 or similar:
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/xFw323/cryorig-cpu-cooler-crr1a

(some reviews are VERY CONFUSING as you need to look at both cooling potential AND the noise values unless they account for noise at a normalized cooling like 70degC on a particular CPU)

I didn't get the impression you felt like spending $70+ though, and the Cryorig H5 Ultimate is a big jump over the cooler (with added fan) approach you started with.

Make sure there are no case conflicts or memory clearance issues either.

1) see CPU cooler for memory clearance spec, AND the height of the cooler and

2) lookup your memory height (if needed), and

3) lookup the CASE specs to see what max CPU cooler height it supports (i.e. 158mm)
