I am using gtx1060ti.. I thought to buy a new monitor. Gsync price is too high. I would like to buy a free sync with low budget amd gpu. What will happen? How performance of gtx will be?

Solution
So you have 1050ti and want to buy new monitor.
1050ti isn't powerful GPU. So 144 Hz G-sync monitor doesn't worth it to buy.
I don't know if there are any low Hz (60 or 75 Hz) monitors with G-sync compatible. But again you don't need to buy them. 1050ti isn't capable for getting 60 or 75 FPS with Ultra settings on current games. You can lower the settings and use Vsync with cheaper 1080p 60 Hz monitor.

There is no equivalent GPU to 1050ti on AMD side.

RX550, RX460 and RX560 have lower performance compared to 1050ti.
RX470, RX570, RX480 and RX580 are much higher performer and pricier because of the GPU miners.

There is no GTX 1060ti GPU afaik.
If you mean GTX 1060, than Ryzen 1400 is enough for it.
Or Ryzen 1200 is good for 1050ti.

There is no performance difference between Freesync or Gsync. They don't affect the performance. They are only for solving the tearing problem.
