PC Build for my Dad. What do people think?

My Dad will just use it for usual web browsing, email etc but also some Netflix and youtube streaming.
I think the build I have put together looks good but would appreciate some input of any parts I could change for better results. I went for the z270 to future proof the MoBo. Not really wanting to spend over 400 and my build is very close to that.

The Z270 offers no future-proofing. its been replaced with the Z370 already (though only i-series chips are out for that), so a B250 motherboard will save some money. Heres a tweaking of your build:
