Hello, I'm in need of some advice. I've recently acquired this old rig from a family member and I'm wondering what upgrades I could make to it to beef it up a bit. I am mostly looking to play FPS games and MMOs on it (World of Warcraft, Overwatch, call of duty, battlefield 1, destiny etc...). I would just like to be able to run these at good graphics. Nothing too over the top. I would appreciate some input. Thank you!

Everything is pretty decent besides the GPU. I'd firstly change that, grabbing a GTX 1060 would be a nice boost already.
If you feel a bottleneck in the CPU side you can improve it to a i7-3770K if you can find a decent deal on it.

Getting a HDD will help you in the long term to store your games on it as well.
8GB of RAM is the standard nowadays, but soon it will get left behind. If you can find, again, a very nice deal on them you can grab another 2x4 kit.

Aside from those, everything else is decent and i wouldn't change a thing.

Perhaps you can even try to sell 'em and get yourself a new gen rig with a i5 8400K

Your system is good enough to play. Hook up to your monitor and download afterburner so you can monitor CPU and GPU usage and your frame rate. From there, you decide good enough or you need to upgrade GPU, CPU or both.
