My computer frequently gets too overheated and restarts itself and windows automatic repair comes into action but the system won't restart while installing windows. Another strange thing is when i try to install the graphic drivers after the installation the computer either freezes or restarts. I tried changing the ram, switching the ram to different ram slots, changing the PSU, applying thermal paste to the cpu, tried keeping the cabinet open. The temperature keeps on increasing from 40* Celsius to 68* Celsius and freezes. After this freezing when I restart it the computer freezes into blue screen while booting up.

Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD APU a4 4000 3.0GHz
MOBO: ASRock FM2A55-VG3
RAM: Transcend 1x4gb 1333MHz
HDD: Western Digital Caviar blue 500GB
PSU: 450 watt

Any advice or suggestion is deeply appreciated. Thank you
