I own an old Dell business computer, the Dell Optiplex 360. After reading the service manual and calling Dell Tech Support for hours, all I could find out about the form factor is that it is a "mini tower". I would like to know the normal form factor (Micro ATX, ATX, etc.) because I am considering switching to a better-ventilated case. Can someone PLEASE tell me the normal form factor?

Solution
Based on the Technical Guide Book, it's a BTX form factor motherboard. You'll have problems finding a current case with better cooling for this because the BTX form factor has the expansion slots on the opposite side of the rear I/O ports as the ATX form factor.

PC Part Picker doesn't even list BTX as an option for case selection.

Micro BTX is the correct name. No aftermarket support. The ventilation is actually very good in those. Usually all you need are some vented brackets for the unused expansion slots, or a small expansion slot exhaust blower to remove heat behind the GPU. The Opti 360 is fussy about CPU support, and memory to get over the 4GB limit is expensive and hard to find. I have seen them listed with Xeon X5460, and I've seen 8GB RAM in them. But it's easier said than done.
