Which Racing Game To Buy?

Anyone played one or more of these games and would like to comment on the? I'm really looking for a game that allows custom engine mods, but I don't know which one of these allows that.

Assetto Corsa - $14.99
Project Cars 2 - $35.99
Forza Motorsport 7 - $38.99
Forza Horizon 3 $24.99

I have 1080p 144Hz and 2160p 60Hz. Rig in sig.

I've been playing Forza Motorsport 7 and it's been a pretty good experience. I'm going to buy Project Cars 2 soon, but from the reviews I think Forza is the better buy.

Horizon 3 was fun, but it does get boring after awhile, so I would put that lower on the list.
