Random crashes to solid color

I have had my computer for over a year now, never any issues

Recently I've been getting these solid random color cranes, but can still hear sound, and sometimes I can still click and type things, I can tell by sounds playing in game. At first it only happens when playing rust, now happens when playing any game, but its random.

I've cleaned my com, installed drivers, checked fans, and the temps are all good. I think its power supply or my GPU, I'm not great with these things. Thanks if you can help. I've also never over clocked, or gone into bios.

Specs :

Gtx 970
i5 4670k
8 gigs ram
CX 750m PSU

Not sure of anything else, not home atm wanted to post this incase its something simple

Solution
First suspect is the video card. Shut down the PC and unplug it, remove the video card, and connect your monitor to the video outlet on your mother board (this will allow you to use the integrated graphics in the CPU). When you restart your PC you will may have to go into the BIOS/UEFI and select the integrated/Intel graphics.
If you don't have problems with your display then the video card is probably bad. BUT one last test would help confirm that: See if a friend or family member will let you install your video card in Their PC. If it works fine in their PC then the trouble shooting gets a little more detailed.
Good luck!
