Hi all,

Buying a new pc during Black Friday sale, narrowed it down to the two following units:

VS

Quick comparison:

HP $1199 on sale for $899

Pros: Core i7 3.6 GHz, dvd burner, wifi, Bluetooth, keyboard & mouse...
Cons: GTX 1050, 12GB RAM, no SSD, 180w PSU

Aeon $1299 on sale for $999

Pros: GTX 1060, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 300w PSU...
Cons: Core i5 3.4 GHz, no burner, wifi, Bluetooth, keyboard or mouse

Otherwise the same. Heavy PC user but occasional gamer. And go!

Thanks in advance.

What is your normal PC workload? You say heavy user with occasional gaming. The i5 with the 1060 is better for gaming and the 7700 with the 1050 will be better for more work station applications due to hyper threading. screwysqrl is correct you could do better by building it yourself.
