Which would be best to get

AMD Athlon A8-7600... 3.1~3.8GHz... 10-Core (4C+6G) APU
AMD Integrated Radeon R7 Graphics

2nd Gen Intel Quad Core i5 3.10GHz Processor
8GB RAM Memory
Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 2GB Video Card

Need more details on the Intel CPU, which i5?

Well on the Intel pc ones page all of that info on the side about supported games is a out right lie:
-Fallout 4
-Overwatch
-Battlefield 1
-Team Fortress 2
-Grand Theft Auto 5
-Arma 2
-World of Warcraft
-League of Legends
-Roblox
-Team Fortress 2
-Sims 4
-Call of Duty Ghosts
-Diablo 3 & RoS
-Fortnite
You'd be lucky to get 25fps on low with a GT 1030 2GB at 720p if you ever thought of gaming.

Can't see any name info on Intel CPU so i recommend you message them to request they update the page with those details as it could be a Ivy Bridge or Haswell for all we know.

The AMD one has a AMD Athlon A8-7600 10-Core CPU which is a dead socket really now in this current pc climate. Cores mean nothing compared to CPU architecture and this CPU is like 3 gens behind the current.

What will you be using the pc for?

Just to clarify. The links your posted are literally office work pcs which were never built for gaming
