Hello everyone, yesterday I bought a Toshiba USB external drive, wich was said to have 1TB of free memory, but then I plugged it in my ASUS laptop and it only showed 32 GB of free memory.
I even tried to upload files that were over 32 GB, and it didn't work.
Does anyone have any ideas?
