Unable to find programs in add or remove programs

Hello!! I recently installed a ssd into my computer and made it the drive to boot on. All my previous programs on my hard drive aren't showing on the add or remove programs tab. Was wondering how to fix this?

How did you get the operating system on the SSD? Fresh install? If so then the only way to get your programs back is to reinstall them.
