So I wanted a clean install of windows 10 on my custom built computer. It runs an MSI motherboard. Well, I was trying to get a clean install for windows 10, and I could not “upgrade” because I already had windows 10. It had been a long time since I used this PC and had forgotten the local password I used for it. I didn’t feel like hacking it, so I just decided to re-install. In the process, I had to select a partition to install on. There were 4. Two were OEM reserved, one was a system reserved (200GB) and the other was the main C:// drive. I had a friend set this computer up for me, and did not realize the 200GB partition was the bios info and motherboard one. So I deleted it because I was trying to find a spot for the new install. I knew right away I messed up when it wouldn’t let me install windows on that partition. I continued forward deleting the main C:// partition and installing windows on that. Everything was fine until I had to restart the computer. Now it boots to a black screen. No Bios, nothing. In the bottom right corner it says “A2.” That’s all. What do I do?????

Solution
So start over, and redo the install.

When it asks 'where', select Custom.
You'll be presented with a list of all existing partitions
Select each, and DELETE
Now you have one large blank space.
Create a new partition, and let the install continue, creating what it needs.

And do this with only this one drive connected.
