Sorry for my english.I've bought an 3000mhz ddr4 ram,and it's just running at 2133 on default settings. When i am turn on the xmp profile,it'll works at 3000mhz.Is this difference give me fps or stability?(sorry if my question is stupid). And does it hurt my motherboard? My motherboard automatically sets the voltage 1.35v when its running at 3000mhz.(2133 just1.2v).
My motherboard: gigabyte z270x gaming 5
ram: gskill trident z rgb 3000mhz 16gb (2x8gb)

It probably won't make a whole lot of difference in gaming, but you may as well enable XMP. It won't hurt your motherboard, there's no risk. It's on your motherboard's qualified memory list, so Gigabyte guarantees that RAM to run at that speed without issue. You presumably spent extra money for a premium 3000MHz kit compared to a basic 2133MHz kit, so it'd be a waste if you didn't take advantage of it.
