After Updating BIOS system is not posting to the monitor

I just updated my b150m mortar to the lastest bios edition and when it finished updating it restarted but it is not posting to the Screen. I tried unplugging and replugging in the dvi cable on both ends, but I keep getting no signal. Please help soon/

You can try clearing CMOS. Remove the video card and see if the boards graphics work.
But you probably just bricked your board.
Never ever update the BIOS unless your having issues with the board.
