$100-150 Extreme Budget GPU?

I'm trying to find a cheap used GPU that can play games like COD WW2, Woflenstein 2, and Rise of The Tomb raider at 1080p/1440p low-mid, I've been considering the GTX 970, GTX 780, RX 480, and 1060, are there any other better options under $150 used? ANYTHING is better than my HD 2000 and R7 250.

Older and higher performance cards tend to use a lot more power. So be sure you have the power supply for what you buy. Otherwise you have the right idea on what you need. Something equivalent to a 1060/970/480, since those are demanding games. This assumes your CPU is quad core or better.

I have a good enough cpu, and thanls for the recomenndations, but I'm trying to find the best bang for buck at $100-150 price range and you didn't really answer my question. I just need to know what would be the best card for the cheapest amount.
