Why do you NOT believe it is a power supply related problem? Did that 450W power supply have the appropriate 8 pin PCIe power plug?
Do you know that all your temps are OK when this reboot happens?
Have you run MEMTEST (not Windows memory tester) on the RAM?

Aan i said. I sent back the PSU previous week, and IT was relaxed with a new one. The probleem remained. I have not run a MEMTEST86 yet. So i Will try that totday. I have actually ran the Windows memory test. And IT didnt find any problems.

So it sometimes freezes, and sometimes rebooting help!

You didn't say if you had eliminated overheating as a possible issue. Also, just because a power supply was replaced, doesn't mean that it isn't a power problem. Some Corsair models are high quality, some are (were) lower quality. Which exact model do you have?

I would disagree with the "professionals". I am running a Ryzen 1700 and haven't had any issues. You want to be sure you have the latest BIOS for your board, be sure you memory is stable with MEMTEST, have good cooling, and a quality power supply. Those are the things that make a stable build.
The 3.3 BIOS was released just a few days ago. One of the items in the description is "Enhance system stability" ...

3.3 BIOS update? I have 10.3 From my MOBO manufacturer. My PSU is a corsair CX450M. I will run a memtest today. But my pc starts normally and it performs well. So i dont think the ram is the problem.
