Is this desktop you have a prebuilt system, like an HP or Dell? If so, whats the full model# ?
Sometimes they use proprietary hardware which complicates an upgrade.

It also may mean purchasing a new copy of windows if you haven't upgraded to win10 yet.
(linking win10 to your MS account will allow it to be reinstalled on new hardware. This 'trick' does not work on previous OEM editions of Windows)

In all, the only viable upgrade you might have at that budget is looking for an Ivy Bridge i5, like the i5-3570, and a small SSD boot drive.

Mixing ram is not guaranteed, especially when specs don't match. 2 Ryzen works better with faster ram I wouldn't recommend anything slower than 2666 with 3000 or higher being preferred. Also that will easily cost more than 200 euro.
