Hello!! Built my friend a computer but It doesn't seem to display anything nor the USB ports are working. It doesn't boot (I'm only assuming since I can't see or hear anything) but the devices within the PC are lighting up. Fans are moving and so is the video card.

It powers on but I thought there was supposed to be a light on the power button as well. hopefully it's not a motherboard problem because that's what I think it is.
