These don't appear in PCPartPicker:

Mouse: Logitech G502 Gaming Mouse Proteus Spectrum RGB Tunable with 11 Programmable Buttons - Black (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B019DVCW3E/)
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster Z PCIe Gaming Sound Card with High Performance Headphone Amplifier and Beamforming Microphone (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009RPQA2G)

------------------

Because I have problem searching the motherboard in PCPartPicker here's the link for the one I want to buy:
ASUS LGA 1151 MAXIMUS IX HERO Intel Z270 ATX Motherboard - Black (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01NCON196/)

Also, I'm doubtful about whether I change the motherboard for another one, like:
Asus Sabertooth Mark 1 Motherboard (Socket 1151, Intel Z170, DDR4, S-ATA 600, ATX) - (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B014JM7SIG)

The original CPU Cooler I wanted to buy, but PCPartPicker says it's not compatible with my case:
Cooler Master MAZ-T8PN-418PR-R1 MasterAir Maker 8 CPU Air Cooler with 8 Heatpipes/2x Silencio FP PWM Fans/Red LED - Black (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01B12DQ38/)

Finally, I actually want a RAM with more MHz but in the webpage of the cpu (https://ark.intel.com/products/97129/Intel-Core-i7-7700K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_50-GHz), in the Memory Specifications section, it says this, DDR4-2133/2400. Does that means that it doesn´t works with the RAM I choosed since it is 2800? But PCPartPicker says it's all compatible (Compatibility Check: No issues/incompatibilities found) so I don't know.....

Thanks in advance.

Solution
Yes they are all compatible.

If you changed to the Z170 you may have compatibility issues with BIOS versions.

The original air cooler has a height of 172mm while the case has a max CPU cooler height of 170mm. So it exceeded that by 2mm.

The CPU will handle faster RAM than what is stated on manufacturer's website, anything over that is considered an overclock. Your RAM should work.

Final note, are you aware of 8th-gen Intel CPUs?

Thanks! And no, I wasn't aware of 8th-gen, I'm looking at it now and they seem pretty sweet. I'm going to buy the Intel BX80684I78700K 8th Gen Core i7-8700K Processor (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07598VZR8/)
If could tell me a good motherboard to complement it I would appreciate it!!!

Yes, thank you for telling me. I'm going to buy it, the Intel BX80684I78700K 8th Gen Core i7-8700K Processor (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07598VZR8/).
Like volkgren, could tell me a motherboard to use it next to the 8700K?

Sounds good. Just pick your favorite Z370 motherboard.

These are good. But even the cheapest Z370 would do.

Hey, thank you both for your help.
Something that now occurs to me it's that I don't use overclock and since the 8700k have 3.7 GHz and the i7-7700K 4.2 GHz, will it not have some impact in the performance?
Also, since it's a bit above my budget, I think this motherboard will work GIGABYTE Intel 1151 Socket Z370 Chipset Aorus Ultra Gam D4 ATX Motherboard - Black (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B075ZQ6V9R/).

Again, thank you!!

-----------

Well, I changed my opinion about the cpu and motherboard and I'm sticking to my previous selection. Still thanks you too for helping me!!

Well both have turbo boost.

8700K
1C: 4.7GHz
2C: 4.6GHz
3C: 4.5GHz
4-5C: 4.4GHz
6C: 4.3GHz

7700K
4,500 MHz (1 core),
4,400 MHz (2 cores),
4,400 MHz (3 cores),
4,400 MHz (4 cores)

At stock clocks, from the benchmarks I have seen, they both seem to be equal in gaming. But you add recording or streaming gameplay and the 8700K will come out on top.
