Just installed a new CPU cooler. The power turns on, the fans spin (including the CPU fan), the keyboard and mouse do not light up, the monitor does not have a signal. I have read the step-by-step on motherboard not posting. I have tried booting with one RAM stick, reseating the CPU 8-pin power and the 24-pin power, made sure the CPU fan is in the CPU fan header, and I just did the CMOS battery in and out, nothing.
Motherboard: MSI Gaming 970 Gaming AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 and SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
RAM: Crucial something (can't remember but 16GB)
CPU: AMD FX-8320
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper T2
GPU: MSI 1060 6GB
Case: Shitty Antec something
Hard drive: Mix-matched
