First time building a PC, how is this build?

Looking to game at 1080p with a 144hz monitor. Trying to get some feedback on if this build is bad or what can be replaced or added to it. Here she is

I would suggest swapping the 7700K for an 8600K and ditching the cooler for something better, like a Cryorig H5 or a Noctua U12. The 212 Evo is old and outdated.

I agree with moderator, change cooler for coolermaster seidon AIO cooler or something similar, corsair & nzxt Kraken will be more expensive, and go for either 8600k or better still 8700k. Mind you monitor that gives 144hz will probably do a rez of 2560 x 1440p without any problems.
