How do I sync my two computer storage drives?

Hi,

I have two different location PC which I hope I can sync their drive D:/ in 24/7.

Currently using dropbox 1TB on my drive D:/ but I'm paying it every year....

any software or server OS I can use for 1 time payment to let me sync my drive D:/ lifetime?

Don't need a total live sync but atleast need to sync files in 10min.
The two PC is 24/7 which other user throw files to the PC tru LAN.
