So now that it's black friday I have decided to spend 50 euros on a cooler to OC my X5670 to ~4.2Ghz. I found a H60 for 47 euros, would this be any good or can i get better performance for the price? I also found a MasterLiquid 240 for 50 euros, but my case doesn't fit over 120mm radiators. Feel free to suggest other coolers under ~55 euros, but they must be inside EU so I don't have to pay import tax. Thanks :)

Solution

There is nothing wrong with air cooling, especially if you mention case fit issues.
I have this 140 mm cooler but they make a 120 mm also.

With the fan I find it very quiet.
My 4690K is O/C from 3.5 to 4.5 MHz, Temperature is 35C right now, 55C while gaming, 65C at max load.
