Every game become unplayable...max 18 fps (from 70 fps on high settings)...i try 'd everything ...is not the gpu driver....i dont know if is windows or the psu...my specs are i5 4460 ..16 gb DDR3 ram...corsair 550 w psu..gigabyte 1060 g1 gaming 6gb...ssd 120gb and wd black 1 terra

Doesn't sound like any of your components should be causing such frame drops. Could be a software related issue, could be one of your components overheating.

You remind me...of...Christopher Walken. Maybe even William Shatner.

The 4460 is the lightweight. The 4790 will help a lot. The 4690 is another option.

What games? Need a bit more info.
Might just be your psu overheating.
Also those ... make it very hard to read all of this.
