I just purchased a new PC with no OS and installed windows 10 from a bootable USB. The PC seems to be working well after installing some chipset drivers, LAN driver, audio driver, etc.
Everything is fast except for one area that really slows the PC down.. when anything tries to open a browser page (an application, a link, etc) the fans in the PC come on very strong and it takes a good 15-20 seconds for the page to open. This is strange because when using the browser normally and creating tabs manually the speed is very fast, and my downloads are also very fast.
I would greatly appreciate any advice as to why this could be happening. I will post my computer specs below. Thank you!

MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-Z270-HD3P
CPU: i7 7700k Kabylake
GPU: GTX 1080
RAM: 16gb
SORAGE: 1tb HDD + 500gb samsung 850 evo SSD (boot drive is SSD)
Browser I am currently using is Google Chrome. Have also tested with Internet Explorer and the same problem persists.
