High CPU temperature

Hi, i have a (new) i5-7600k, i have used and applied a thermal paste, from cooler master. But now my temperature of my pc is when i dont play any games or so around 50 to 70 degrees Celsius and when i am playing a game it reached 93 degrees.. Since i suppose 93 degrees is too high, how can i lower the temperature?

Your temps are much too high. You almost certainly applied too much thermal paste. It is supposed to be the minimal amount to make a microscopically thin layer. I suggest you re-do it and use around as much as a BB.

Ok I was stupid. I only now noticed your avatar! You are in the southern hemisphere I assume? If so, you are in early summer, right? Your local temps are going to be much higher. Could it be just ambient temps are much higher?
