Choosing right rig for gaming at 1080 144Hz

Hello Guys!
Which one of this rig is better for me for gaming at 1080 144Hz. I play various genre of games including AAA games. Im targeting for at least 90+ fps

Rig 1:
15-8600k, MSI GTX 1070 Armor , 16GB G.Skill Tridentz RGB Ram, 120Gb SSD, 1TB HDD, 650W SuperFlower PSU and DEEPCOOL Captain 240EX Liquid Cooling White

Rig 2:
15-8600k, Gigabyte GTX 1080 WINDFORCE OC 8GB, 8GB G.Skill Tridentz RGB Ram, 1TB HDD, 650W Superflower PSU and DEEPCOOL Captain 240EX Liquid Cooling White

any recommendation is highly appreciated. Thanks.

I'd get the first one (I think a new build in 2017 the kind of tier you're looking at should have 16 GB of RAM), but get at least a 250 GB SSD. 120 GB is going to fill up really fast, and you usually get a fair bit better cost per GB with a 250GB or larger SSD.

Both of them is still in my budget, and i'm picking the parts now before building it. that's why im asking for the pros opinion about this
